WOW! Is Friday here already?? I can’t believe how fast the week has flown by!
Our last FFF (fun fact friday) was great, and I had such awesome feedback from everyone! I am happy to learn I am not the only former terrible cook out there! In Fact… my Mother In Law Koni sent me a cookbook jam packed full of things I can cook in my slow cooker. Yum Yum! Recipes to come from that soon!
So for this week’s fun Fact Friday, its going to simple. It’s going to be about opportunity.
A few weeks ago a package arrived at my door, and I was more than excited to open the package. It was like Christmas for me! It was our newest addition to our camera family, a Canon 5D mkii. But to me this package is so much more than a camera, is a box filled with opportunity!
My camera has allowed me to do so many amazing things… I would like to list just a few….
1. Be a Part of Someone’s Special Day
2. Meet new people EVERY day
3. Go to new places all of the time
4. Find a major common interest between Jared and I to share
And of course many many many more things. I am one of the most blessed people I know. 
I am able to use my passion for photography to provide me with so many different and exciting things in my life. When my camera is in my hand I feel so excited, and I can’t wait to see what is captured when I take a photo. I am so blessed to have met so many amazing brides, grooms, and their families. My camera has allowed me to be a part of happy times, happy tears, a moment of fear, a moment of accomplishment, a moment of sadness, a moment of so many things!
I feel like this world is full of so many amazing opportunities! It doesn’t have to be with a camera… it can be with a musical instrument, with a sports ball, a kitchen stove, a sewing machine… and i could go on forever. What is important is what you decide to do with that opportunity, and how you seize the day and every opportunity you are faced with.
So, in closing this Friday morning… what lies ahead of you today, and this weekend? What oppertunity is knocking on your door, and why haven’t you answered it yet??
