Cory and Taylor, Engaged ~ Atlanta, Georgia Engagement session

We are so excited about all of the awesome sessions we have already been able to photograph this year. We have been so blessed to meet so many sweet couples, and help tell their story of how they met, why they love each other, and what makes them smile.

This past weekend we spent the afternoon up in Atlanta with Cory and Taylor to photograph their engagement session. The weather was absolutely perfect and we had a great time walking around downtown Atlanta while taking photos and getting to know the couple better.

2011 sessions have started!

YAY! Jared and I are so excited that it’s starting to get warmer outside and we can start taking photos again!

Our FIRST engagement session of the year was with the super fun Melissa and Marc. They took us on our own private tour of the backroads of some property that they just purchased. It was SO much fun and Jared i just loved the locations that they had set up for us to shoot on. Here are a sneak peak at a few of my favorites from our session.

I’m a Baking Machine!

YAY! We are FINALLY getting settled into our new home and office. I am SO very excited to have a space of our own to call home. It’s so exciting to be able to paint the walls, decorate, and just enjoy having a home.

My newest passion is cooking. For those of you that know me, you know that when Jared and I first married I was a TERRIBLE cook. I really really stunk. But now that we are getting cozy in our new home I have this urge to bake as much as I can!

Flashback Monday ~ Atlanta Engagement Session

This Friday is going to be a VERY big day for Amanda and Matt, and I am so blessed to have an opportunity to be there with them! Isn’t that awesome? Amanda and Matt are going to be getting married this Friday and I couldn’t be more excited for them. They are such a super sweet, fun, and loving couple. Comfort Food

I don’t know about you, but this is my favorite time of year! I love the cooler weather, the colors in the trees, and the comfort food!

Today Jared and I went to a place in downtown Decatur for lunch, and it was DELISH!! I love Tacos, and was in heaven!

A while back I started to post lazy Sunday recipes, but then I got lazy with that. Not good… So after a super yummy lunch today I am inspired to put my apron on, and open up that cook book! I am going to start Lazy Sunday recipes again just for fun…
